Our Message to Clients regarding COVID-19
CURRENT
COVID PROTOCOL
November 1, 2021, we will be starting to let clients back into the clinic in a limited capacity.
MASKS are required for entrance into the building and are to be worn for the
entire visit.
We will be COVID screening and ask that people who are ill or have travelled outside the country in the past 14 days not enter the clinic.
APPOINTMENTS
We will be allowing one person to bring their pet into the clinic for the
appointment. After alerting us to your arrival, we ask you to remain in your
vehicle until we are ready to admit you into the clinic. In order to maintain physical distancing and have as few people in the exam room as
possible you may be asked to help hold your pet for the exam. Alternatively,
your pet may be taken to another room for the examination while clinic staff
assist.
If you do not wish to enter the clinic, please let us know and we will bring your pet into the clinic and continue with curbside or telephone communication during the visit.
FOOD AND MEDICATION
Weather permitting we will still be doing curbside pick up for most food and
medication pick ups. The traffic flow through our reception area becomes easily
congested and we would like to minimize the number of people inside at one
time. During periods on inclement weather only one person at a time will be
admitted.
Thank
you and welcome back!
From all of us at Wellington-Baseline Animal Hospital we wish you safety and good health, and remember…
Please be kind and considerate of each other during this stressful time.
